Adult Counselling

We offer counselling services to adults in the Mission, British Columbia area who are wanting help and support around substance use issues.

The first step to access our Adult Program is to attend Orientation. If you are concerned about your own substance use or are affected by the substance use of someone close to you, you are welcome to attend our orientation. We spend about 20-30 minutes with you. It is a chance for you to gather some information about our services and for you to provide us with the necessary intake information. Please bring your Health Care Card to Orientation.

Once you have completed Orientation you can access a variety of options for support. We offer: drop-in consults (these are brief counselling sessions to get you started); a variety of groups that change each season; and confidential individual counselling.

Please see the Adult Programs page to view the schedule for this season.
