Adult Counselling

We offer counselling services to adults in the Mission, BC who want information, referrals and support around substance use issues.

If you are concerned about your own substance use or are affected by the substance use of someone close to you, please call us. If our services seem like a good fit for you we will ask you to attend one of our drop in consultations to complete your intake.

If possible, please have your Health Care Card ready for the first Consult/Intake.

Once you have completed your intake you can access a variety of options for support. We offer: drop-in consults in person or by phone (these are brief counselling sessions to get you started) , group support and individual counselling.
